Leadership Coaching

The multiple stresses of change and the pressures of today’s working environment can make It difficult to maximise creativity and effectiveness in today’s organisations.
As a workshop leader, group facilitator and executive coach, I help to free people up to do the job they’re there to do. I support leaders in the empowerment of their teams so as to maximise their potential. My aim is to promote optimum performance alongside great working partnerships within an organisational setting.
Three key areas where I work to bring about change are:
- Leadership: facilitating the vision and creativity of the team by means of an empowering leadership style. Making the most of the leader’s daily interactions whether they be in team meetings, individual appraisals or planning and implementation processes.
- Personal impact and influence: helping individuals to engage their clients and colleagues with effectiveness, inspiring their confidence : taking forward the implementation of policy, moving from purpose and plan to action with realism.
- Vocational development: helping individuals to understand their inner motivations so as best to maximise their potential in service of their career goals.
I make use of psychological insight and understanding alongside an effective knowledge of human language and behaviour so as to help people gain an awareness of themselves and their options with realism. I create inspiring and empowering learning environments where experimentation, practice and reflection lead to real and effective change.
Over a period of many years I have worked as a learning consultant and team leader in Further Education (Orpington College, Woolwich College- now Greenwich Community College). I now work as an executive coach in not-for -profit organisations.
I offer leadership coaching either at my practice base or in the workplace.
Sessions can be contracted on a one-to-one basis or with group or team in organisational setting.
Sessions will always be tailored and negotiated to meet clients’ specific and particular needs.
